In his default stage, he wears his standard attire without any weapons; in his first upgrade, he gains armor and wields his Golden Hatchet Twins; and in his second upgrade, he leads two Bonezai units. Arbitrary Headcount Limit: You can have, at most, twenty minifigure units, one hero, and four special or vehicle units. The Alien Criminal Leader and Agent Chase's hotwire ability allows you to steal enemy vehicles and go over this cap, however. Of course, the limit may be because the DS is a relatively old console with limited capabilities.True Ninja status is a rank system that players can achieve on every mission. To accomplish True Ninja status, a player must obtain the required amount of LEGO Studs for that particular mission. The story is based on the Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu pilot episode (but with some minor differences). Some characters in the game are from different Lego themes; Agents, Mars Mission, etc.

May the Farce Be with You: The ending to the King's story presents an award ceremony not unlike the ending of A New Hope. This being a LEGO Adaptation Game, it doesn't come off as surprising.
