Flash drives were connected to USB3.0 ports, maybe the difference would be bigger if connected in 3.1 but I doubt it, since while transfering large files Extreme Pro has spikes of 340MB/s but 99% of the time the speeds are ~200-240MB/s. I also noticed that sliding mechanism is better on my previous gen Sandisk drive. This one has smaller notch which your finger has to grab to slide the mechanism, cause the rest of the surface is very slippery.
