Rinko is mid bass focused whereas Legato is more on the sub bass which the rumble is literally felt by your jaws and transitions nicely into the mid bass

For the planned retail price they might still find their audience but I'd always prefer to save a litte more and make the jump to the Kato since they are tuned so much better in comparison.
